- All payments will be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation or refund policies will be dictated by the respective property, and these policies will be shared with you during the booking process. The Platform holds no liability for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Platform for legitimate purposes only, such as booking accommodations.
- You will not use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or to impersonate any person or entity.
- You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including guest information disclosure to government authorities (if required by law).
6. Property Listings and Descriptions
- Property owners are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of property details, pricing, and availability listed on the Platform.
- The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of property listings and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies between what is advertised and what is offered.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The Platform acts as a facilitator between you and the properties listed. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the accommodations offered.
- In no event will BookingDham be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use of the Platform, including loss of booking, service disruptions, or any failure in the services provided by properties.
8. Privacy and Data Security
- By using the Platform, you agree to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in ourPrivacy Policy.
- We take steps to ensure that your data is secure, but we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not breach our security measures.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Termination of Service
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any pending bookings may be cancelled.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
