Baidyanathdham Jyotriling

Baidyanath Dham Jyotirlinga, also known as Baba Baidyanath Temple, is one of the most powerful and spiritually significant Shiva shrines in India. According to legend, Ravana worshipped Lord Shiva here and was granted the divine lingam by Shiva himself. Lord Shiva later manifested as Vaidyanath (the divine healer) to cure Ravana, giving the temple its sacred name. Located in Deoghar, the temple attracts millions of devotees each year, especially during the Shravan month, when pilgrims carry holy water from the Ganga to offer at the Jyotirlinga.
