About Oneta Resort
Oneta Resort is an absolutely gorgeous small family run eco-resort on one of the most untouched and beautiful islands in Fiji, completely surrounded by the Great Astrolabe Reef. It is very remote, it’s a little wild, and it’s somewhat hard to get to – but that’s exactly the point. Hidden away on an island with no roads, Oneta Resort is one of the few places in the world where you can still find both quiet solitude and true adventure.

Property Policy
Payments
- 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking.
- Full balance due 21 days before arrival.
- Late balance ? deposit lost and booking canceled.
- Full upfront payment allowed.
- Deposit payment implies acceptance of all terms.
Payment Methods
- Preferred: direct deposit.
- Credit cards accepted (+3% fee).
- Cash discouraged; cheques not accepted.
- Charges appear as “Oneta Resort” or “Elimar (Fiji)”.
- Prices in FJD; direct deposits can be in FJD or USD (rate based on payment date).
- Airport transfers to and from Vunisea are charged FJD 75 per person, per way.

- All room prices include all meals (all-inclusive).
- All stays include all on-site resort activities, complimentary snorkel gear, and free Wi-Fi.
Guest Insurance & Liability
- Resort not responsible for travel delays, illness, natural disasters, or lost/damaged belongings.
- Guests should carry full travel insurance (medical, evacuation, cancellations, luggage).
- Divers must have SCUBA-specific insurance.
Diving Requirements
- Must be medically fit and show valid SCUBA certification.
- Must sign liability and risk waiver.
- Must follow dive-master safety rules.
- Unsafe behavior may result in activity ban or removal from resort.
Illegal Activities
- Any illegal activity under Fijian law ? removal and authorities notified.
Children
- Only children aged 8+ allowed.
- Families should book villas or Archway bure.
- Staff are not trained childcare or medical professionals.
- Parents must inform staff of child’s medical issues/allergies.
- Extra bed for children is chargeable and subject to availability.
Medical Issues at Oneta
- No medical professionals on-site; only first aid available.
- Serious cases may require airlift to Suva (guest pays).
- Guests must disclose pre-existing medical conditions before arrival.
